SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS
Special Interest Groups, or SIGs, are a way for groups of members with a common interest in some aspect of Amateur Radio to gather, share, and support each other. Each SIG is organized and managed by the members of the SIG. They will select from amongst themselves a SIG leader to liaise with club leadership.
The Northern Alberta Radio Club members maintains a number of Special Interest Groups. These are groups of like-minded individuals in the club that want to pursue specific interests, for education, the community or assisting the club.
